Sleeping in Madrid
Europe's latest-dining capital. Gran Via and Malasana stay awake by design, so where your room faces matters more here than the star rating suggests.
La Fonda de los Príncipes draws noise complaints from 3.3% of guests. Hotel Europa draws them from 10.7%. Booking rates them 9.7 and 9.1, which barely hints at the gap.

29 places to stay, 3242 reviews, gathered 2026-08-21. Scores are shrunk toward the city average (5.5%) in proportion to sample size, so a hotel with few reviews cannot top the table on thin evidence. See how this is scored.
